Cancellation Policy
At Palm Views Villas of Tobago, we understand that plans can change. Our flexible
cancellation policy is designed to give our guests peace of mind when booking with us.
- Standard Bookings
- The 25% deposit is non-refundable on booking
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund of the total booking amount
- Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will forfeit
the full booking amount. - Early Departures
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights after check-in - Date Changes
Guests may request to reschedule their stay up to 7 days prior to arrival, subject to
availability. Any rate difference will apply. - Holiday & Peak Periods
For bookings during Carnival, Easter, public holidays, and peak vacation periods,
cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable - Travel Disruptions
In the event of verified airline cancellations or severe weather warnings affecting travel
to Tobago, guests may choose to:- Reschedule their stay within one year (subject to availability), or
- Receive a credit valid for one year
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for additional protection
